The rules
Genuine referrals.Nothing else.
The Pod grows on trust, so we keep it clean. These are the rules every referral goes by.
- Real referrals onlyYou must personally know the business owner, and have told them about Club Orca before you share your link.
- They book, we don’t chaseA referral only counts when the business books through your link themselves. We don’t call or message businesses from names or lists.
- The business confirms youOn the call, the business owner confirms they know you. If they don’t, the referral doesn’t count.
- One referrer per businessThe first valid referral wins. Businesses we’re already talking to, and existing members, don’t qualify.
- Paid after 30 daysWe pay once the new member has passed their 30-day guarantee period and is still a member.
- We can say noWe can turn down any referral that looks like spam, bulk submissions or misuse, and remove the referrer from the scheme.

Do I need to be a member?
No. Anyone can refer. Non-members get £100 cash for each business that joins.
I’m a member. What do I get?
Your choice: £100 cash, or a free month of membership, worth £245.
When do I get paid?
Once the business you referred has passed their 30-day guarantee period and is still a member.
Can I just send you a list of businesses?
No. We never contact businesses from names or lists. They have to book through your link themselves, and confirm they know you.
What if they’re already talking to you?
Then it doesn’t count. Businesses we’re already speaking with, and existing members, don’t qualify.
What does the business I refer get?
Priority onboarding, so their build is done first, and the full 30-day website guarantee.
